On July 21, 2021 Instal-Lublin S.A. concluded a contract for construction works with a consortium of companies: Polimex Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o. and Polimex Mostostal S.A., according to which Instal-Lublin, as a contractor, is to perform installation and mechanical works of HVAC and water and sewage installations as part of the investment under the name: “Reconstruction, superstructure and extension of an office building in Warsaw at Pory 80 Street”
The completion date of the Subject of the Agreement has been set for September 30, 2022.
