Senior manager associated with business from the beginning of his professional career. Graduate of the Agricultural University in Lublin. He completed studies at the Lublin Business School in cooperation with the University of Central Lancashire, UK. and the Course for candidates for members of supervisory boards of State Treasury companies. Since 1996 he has been associated with the Lublin Development Foundation in Kraśnik. Before joining our Capital Group, from 2009 he held the position of president of the management board, general director of Fabryka Łożysk Tocznych – Kraśnik S.A. in Kraśnik, and previously from 2002 a member of the management board for commercial affairs of Zakład Elementów Tocznych sp. z o. o. /Tsubaki Hoover Polska sp. z o. o. in Kraśnik. He is an experienced specialist in the field of management and economics of enterprises, creating and managing the sales strategy of manufacturing companies.
Krzysztof Topolski – Member of the Board, Operational Director

An engineer and manager associated with construction from the beginning of his professional career. He has full design and execution qualifications in the installation industry. For many years he held managerial positions on the largest contracts carried out in Poland and abroad in the areas of power engineering, industrial as well as cubature and infrastructure construction. An experienced specialist in the field of offers and project management, in particular in the field of technological installations, ventilation, cooling, heating, plumbing and fire protection. He has many years of experience in operational design and controlling of large investments.
