Instal-Lublin was founded in 1951 as a state enterprise. Our main task was to perform the installation in the construction industry and municipal facilities which have already built. What is more, developed the production of installation products for their own use.
During the 60th years, employees of Instal-Lublin performed installations at construction sites not only in Poland but also in Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Norway and Nigeria.
In 1991 the company was transformed into joint-stock company. In 1998-2011 was listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
In 2010 Instal-Lublin, which previously was an independent entity in the installation sector, joined the AWBUD Group, complementing its bid as general contractor. In connection with the reorganization of the company, on 31st December 2010, the company's activity was completely transferred to the Instal-Lublin Sp. o.o.
In 2017 Instal-Lublin becomes part of the Murapol holding company.
On December 2, 2019, Instal-Lublin Limited Liability Company was transformed into Instal-Lublin Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Lublin.
On April 1, 2021, the purchase transaction of the Company by Polimex Mostostal S.A. was finalized. Currently Instal-Lublin S.A. belongs to a strong capital group, which allows to look to the future with optimism, counting on the dynamic and broad development of the company
